The company SPORT-THIEME GmbH was founded in 1949 and is still family-owned employing today approx. 190 people. SPORT-THIEME GmbH is one of the biggest suppliers in Germany for schools, clubs and institutions in the mailorder business for sports and therapy equipment. Exports are made to more than 50 countries in the world. In some countries we have franchise partners or joint venture companies and the whole catalogue is translated into their languages.

SPORT-THIEME GmbH carry more than 15.000 items in their line selected by eight product managers. We supply any kind of sports equipment, fitness and therapy items as required by our customers. The product groups are as follows:
balls and accessories
ball game equipment
table tennis
athletics
teaching aids
items for starting, marking and measuring purpose
swimming equipment
fitness equipment / weight training / boxing, gymnastics / ballet
gymnastics for children and therapy equipment
games and toys first
aid equipment
According to the product groups our items are made of wood, leather and metal as well as other modern materials adequate for the today’s demands.

We are producers and dealers and have a stock of approx. 5.000 items. In addition we do developments in our sector carrying our own brandnames and a lot of exclusive items specially produced for SPORT-THIEME GmbH. All items are
CE-approved and if necessary also by the German TÜV-GS.

It is our aim to be a competent partner who is able to reply to the necessities in the market.
